Priced so the smallest kiosk can afford it: Biashara is free to start, and Basic costs KES 100 a month. The products for shoppers and jobseekers are free for them, by design.

Pay on the web at biashara.enzz.co.ke with M-Pesa, or in the Android app through Google Play, where Google's price for your country applies. Rafiki on Premium has a fair-use limit of 500 questions a business a day. Your plan covers your whole team.

Questions about paying
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Moving up from Basic to Premium on the web turns your unused Basic days into Premium days.
I pay through Google Play. Can I pay on the web instead?
Yes, but cancel the Google Play subscription first; Google keeps renewing it until it's cancelled there.
Do my employees each need a plan?
No. The owner's plan covers the whole team.
What happens if I stop paying?
You go back to the Free plan. Your records stay.
